Last week was such a whirlwind. I had finals all week and my Dad had to have surgery to get his gallbladder out. So, I finished my finals Wednesday the same day my Dad had surgery. I got out of class at 3 and proceeded to ice skate across the parking lot since it had been doing this lovely freezing rain thing. I was supposed to head to Omaha to see my Dad at the hospital but when I called my mom to tell her I would be there soon, she told me that it was a full fledged ice storm in Omaha and that I would never make it :( So I had to drive home in freezing rain going 30 mph. It sucked. Majorly. Thankfully, my Dad is doing much better now and I ended up getting all A's and 1 B this semester.

This week has been much better so far, even though it's only Monday. :P  First off, I'm on Christmas break until Jan 3! :D No school for me! And secondly, I have spent all day decorating the christmas tree and wrapping presents. It's snowy out and cold and just perfect weather to stay in and do Christmasy things. I finally got cinematicstars  presents all wrapped up and packed. Now I just need to figure out if it's cheaper to send it UPS or USPS. USPS wanted $27 to ship it O.O Hopefully UPS is cheaper lol I am totally over my head when it comes to shipping packages. I've never done it before :3

We're having Christmas Eve out at the farm this year and we're going to be baking Christmas cookies and making a gingerbread house! :) I'll post some pictures after Christmas. I'm also going to put up pictures of my glittery Christmas tree once it's finished. It's so glittery it's almost blinding xD
